About our Walkers
All JWalk's dog walkers are Pet First Aid Certified and fully insured. Our walkers are equipped with first-aid kits, a doggy duffle bag with lots of extra gear, and appropriate outdoor wear for any and all kinds of weather! We are passionate about providing top-notch pet care with safety, transparency, and communication as our top priorities.

Communication is Key
Our walkers are dedicated to ensuring that your dog has a safe and enjoyable walk. We will always notify you if something is amiss suring pick-up or drop-off in terms of your dog's behaviour or their surroundings. We offer check-in texts pre and post walk and we walk a series predetermined that we share with you before our walks. We are committed to ensuring that your dog's health and safety remains a top priority during our time together and as a result, we will communicate any and all observable health and hygiene details regarding your dog and our time together.
On-leash services only
JWalk's is an on-leash local service, we will not let your dog off leash beyond their home and we will not transport your dog to a dog park.
Discounts & Booking Bonuses
As a thank you to our clients, we offer discounts on various Walking Packages, Casual Care options, and Overnight Care for our repeat customers! Please see our FAQ for more details on how Booking Bonuses work.
Flexible Cancellations & Refunds
All of our walking services have no-penalty cancellation allocations. Outright cancellations of entire packages are eligible for full refunds (depending on the timing of the cancellation in advance fo the service). We also offer partial refunds and rollovers depending on when you cancel. Terms and conditions apply, please contact us for more details.

JWalk's is currently serving clients in the South Gloucester area (we cannot take clients in Kanata or Orleans at this time).
